Ensure the proper filing of pertinent documents. Maintain records and keep track of the institution’s supplies and the purchases made. Check logistics of board room for conference and board meetings (screen, projector & white board) Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to concerned individuals while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality. Entertain and answer basic queries made by the clients pertaining to the services provided by the company, its mission and vision and its rules and regulations.
