Business Development Manager- Middle East
Responsible for increasing the company’s sales and market share in Europe. Develop and execute pursuit strategies for Integrated System Solutions. Lead the proposal process for all pursuits in Europe. Manage existing customers and work to anticipate future customer requirements and needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Promote, Develop and Conclude the sales of FLIR Integrated Systems’ products into the territory 2. Manage the sales process with an emphasis on predictable growth and success in programmatic business development 3. Support System Integration and prime contractors within the region in the sales pursuits with timely responses to RFQ, RFPs, demo requests, and information requests. 4. Lead cross functional teams in the proposal process 5. Travel up to 50% in the territory to complete the sales objectives (100 to 120 travel days) 6. Travel to support trade shows, customer demonstrations and other business development activities in a cost effective manner consistent with company policy and under budget as defined by the Director of Business Development 7. Develop intelligence on competitors in the marketplace 8. Timely Reporting of Sales Forecasts and Activities 9. Meet or Exceed Revenue Forecast for Region
